1. What are the various kinds of lifestyle disorders you treat?

Khushboo focuses on type 21st century lifestyle disorders like obesity, diabetes, PCOS, hypothyroid, GERD, IBS, gastritis, irregular cholesterol levels, high uric acid levels, nutritional deficiencies, and more. We also focus on post-covid recovery, nutrition for HIV patients and nutrition for general well-being, lifestyle modification, and fitness goals.

2. What kind of diets do you recommend?

This depends a lot on your current regime, access and health requirements. However, we generally recommend whole, plant-based foods. Our diets are almost always low glycemic index, unless you need something different, of course.

3. Do you recommend Keto?

We recommend keto only in certain, rare situations. 99.99% of the time, our diets will NOT be keto.

4. I don't know how to cook. Will I be able to follow the plan?

Khushboo strongly urges each and every individual to learn how to cook at least some basic stuff for survival. So most likely, you will be asked to give it a shot. Having said that, if you have someone else cooking for you, then the plan should be a cakewalk. If you have no one cooking for you and you depend completely on outside food, then our plan, rather your progress will be slow. 

5. Are there any medicines or supplements that I will have to take?

Khushboo is very conservative when it comes to supplements and she will obviously not be recommending any medicines. We will first stick to natural sources only. Supplements will be explored only once everything through food has been exhausted.

6. Can my family eat the same food as me?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. We want the entire family to eat the same food so that any health issues that may be caused due to bad habits is taken care of before it becomes bigger. We do, however, recommend doing one consult as a family to avoid any side effects that may occur.
